  3.   This licence agreement affects all programs, manuals and disks of
  4.   the editor package GoldED Release 4.8.0. You agree to accept this
  5.   licence. Violations of any of the  topics  below  will  terminate
  6.   your  rights  to  use  or  otherwise handle (e.g. distribute) the
  7.   package.

  9.   This a fully usable GoldED 4.8.0  distribution.  This  is  not  a
  10.   retricted trial version. A GoldED 4.8.0 keyfile is included.
  11.  
  12.   Feel free to give away copies of this software to your friends or
  13.   enemies.  It is however not permitted to distribute this software
  14.   on CD-ROM, cover disks, web sites, ftp sites, etc.  Copying  must
  15.   be  strictly  non-commercial.  A  full  distribrution licence for
  16.   GoldED 3 and GoldED 4  (without  these  restrictions)  costs  500
  17.   US-$.

  19.   The  copyright  owner(s)   reserve   the   right   to   interdict
  20.   distribution  at  any time if a distributor fails to obey to this
  21.   licence.

  23.   You  may  not  modify  the  package:  you  may  not  change   the

  25.   files and you may not add or remove files. You are not allowed to
  26.   distribute  translations of material found in this package unless

  52.   GoldED-Paketes   Release   4.8.0   (Programme,  Handbücher).  Sie
  53.   erklären sich einverstanden, die  Bedingungen  dieser  Lizenz  zu
  54.   akzeptieren.  Verletzung eines der folgenden Punkte beendet jedes
  55.   Nutzungsrecht.

  57.   Dies ist eine uneingeschränkt nutzbare GoldED 4.8.0  Vollversion.
  58.   Dies  ist  keine  eingeschränkte Prüfversion. In diesem Paket ist
  59.   ein Keyfile für GoldED 4.8.0 enthalten.

  61.   Sie dürfen diese Software kopieren und an Ihre Freunde und Feinde
  62.   weitergeben.  Es ist allerdings nicht gestattet, die Software auf
  63.   CD-ROM, Cover-Disketten, Web-Seiten, FTP-Servern etc. anzubieten.
  64.   Die   Weitergabe   muß   kostenlos  und  frei  von  kommerziellen
  65.   Interessen erfolgen. Eine Vertriebslizenz für GoldED 3 und GoldED
  66.   4 ohne diese Einschränkungen kostet 500 US-$.

  69.   Vertreiber  die  Weitergabe  jederzeit  zu  untersagen, wenn sich

  73.   Zusammenstellung  als  auch  einzelne  Dateien.  Es  dürfen weder
  74.   Dateien    entfernt     noch     neue     hinzugefügt     werden.
  75.   Reverse-Enginieering  ist untersagt. Übersetzung von Material aus
  76.   diesem Paket und Vertrieb des  übersetzten  Materials  sind  ohne
  77.   ausdrückliche  schriftliche  Genehmigung  nicht  gestattet.  Alle
  78.   Übersetzungsrechte vorbehalten.
